Whit’s provides custom apparel, prints, tumblers, and gift items. Some products are custom-made, while others are ready-to-purchase.

  • Custom Orders
  • Custom orders include any item made to order, personalized, or printed based on customer instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate design files, sizes, colors, and notes.
  • By submitting a design, you confirm you have the legal right to use that artwork.
  • We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers.
  • Order Notes & Design Uploads
  • Customers must leave size, color, and special instructions in the order notes or upload section. If information is missing or unclear, we may contact you before production.
  • Returns & Refunds
  • Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Ready-to-buy (non-custom) items may be eligible for return within [insert days, e.g., 7–14 days] if unused and in original condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Production & Turnaround Time
Production times may vary depending on order volume and customization. Estimated turnaround times are provided but not guaranteed.

Shipping & Local Pickup
Whit’s is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Local pickup availability may be offered when applicable.

Intellectual Property
All designs created by Whit’s remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Whit’s is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
