At Whit’s, we take pride in delivering quality custom apparel and gift items. Please review our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because many of our products are custom-made, the following applies:
All custom items are final sale

This includes items that are:

Printed with customer-uploaded designs

Customized by size, color, or placement
- Made-to-order apparel, prints, or tumblers
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a defect or an error made by Whit’s.
Errors or Defective Items
If we make a mistake or if your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include:

Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we will:

Replace the item or
- Issue a refund or store credit (at our discretion)
Non-Custom (Ready-to-Buy) Items
Non-custom, ready-to-buy items may be eligible for return or exchange if:

Returned within [7–14 days] of purchase

Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for non-custom items

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our error
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for:

Selecting correct size and color

Providing accurate order notes
- Uploading correct artwork
Whit’s is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has shipped.
